CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
We do not offer money refunds. All eligible returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a personal discount code to be used on a future purchase(s). Store credit will include the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling costs.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made to info@bodiboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order for approval. Please include your order number in the initial email and reason for returning or exchanging. All orders placed under promotion or with the use of a discount codes are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Bodi Boutique strives to provide our customers with fresh new products; therefore, we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?
Being that we carry items from multiple vendors, all items may vary in size and measurements. We personally measure all items and provide approximate sizing in the description. Please refer to our "Size Chart" page to see how we measure each item. We also add the models size as another reference. Please read the descriptions before purchasing and if you still have any further questions regarding sizing, please email info@bodiboutique.com.

I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please contact info@bodiboutique.com ASAP with the correct shipping address and we are more than happy to update it for you. However, if your order has already been packed and/or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make these changes for you.

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Simply shop online, add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose "Installments by Afterpay" as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.
