Where is my order dispatched from?

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday - Friday within 48 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend or on a Federal Holiday, we aim to have these dispatched the next business day*.
Purchases made on weekends, and on Federal Holidays, are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
Can I cancel my order?
All order cancellations are processed as store credit. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.
If you place an order and email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to cancel or edit your order as it can take 24-48 hours for our Customer Service team to respond to your email.
Where is my tracking information?
- Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
What does it mean if it says my order is 'unfulfilled'?
- This indicates that we have received your order and are actively working on its dispatch. Once the dispatch process is complete, the status will transition to 'fulfilled,' and you will receive your tracking information through email.
