At this time, we are operating under a no-refund policy.
However, we are pleased to offer exchanges on all full-priced merchandise. Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are ineligible for exchange. To assist you in selecting the correct size, we recommend reviewing our comprehensive size guide. For personalized sizing recommendations, please contact our customer service team via email before placing your order.
Our exchange policy requires that all returned items be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and sanitary liners securely attached. For hygiene purposes, we strongly advise trying on garments with undergarments. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed. Exchanges will be denied for items that exhibit signs of wear or do not adhere to these return criteria.
How to request an exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please email customer service at bodiboutique0@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the desired product/size for exchange.
Domestic Orders: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date.
International Orders: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note that all exchange shipping and applicable duties are the customer's responsibility.
